What you will do

• Own the full lifecycle of performance marketing landing pages from ideation to launch and optimization.
• Create visually compelling, on-brand, and high-converting pages paired with persuasive copywriting.
• Analyze performance data to uncover insights and maintain a backlog of optimization ideas.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to design and refine test plans for the main website.
• Ensure landing pages follow speed, UX, and CRO best practices.

Requirements

• Must be comfortable working remotely from any location globally.
• Strong design and copywriting expertise focused on conversion optimization.
• Experience with landing page creation tools such as Framer or Webflow.
• Ability to analyze data and translate results into actionable conclusions.
• Self-sufficient and experienced in fast iteration and testing.
