What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end design process: prototyping, design reviews, user testing, writing PRDs, and implementation.
• Work directly with engineers to solve problems and ship high-quality, user-friendly features.
• Contribute to and maintain the design system.
• Engage with customers to validate designs and address real problems.
• Shape product direction and strategy across the team.

Requirements

• Excellent visual design skills with a strong eye for detail.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, product, and marketing.
• Ability to drive projects end-to-end and contribute to the frontend codebase.

Nice to have

• Experience with developer tools or familiarity with the developer persona.
• Background in fast-moving, high ownership environments.
• Knowledge of machine learning or enthusiasm for learning more.
