Location: On-site in Stockholm, Sweden

What you will do

  • Own and scale the developer experience to maximize engineering productivity.
  • Bring order and structure to the codebase and integrate application frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain the observability stack from instrumentation to presentation.
  • Integrate AI-driven development tools.
  • Drive reliability improvements across engineering teams.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Stockholm or ready to relocate for this on-site role.
  • 7+ years experience in platform engineering supporting developer experience.
  • Strong programming skills and experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern infrastructure.
  • Experience supporting scaling engineering organizations in fast-paced environments.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and balancing security, stability, and speed.
  • English proficiency required; company language is English.
