What you will do

• Own and scale the machine learning inference infrastructure processing millions of GPU requests daily.
• Architect and deploy cloud-agnostic containerized backend solutions with high reliability and low latency.
• Monitor system performance and iterate quickly based on user feedback and metrics.
• Collaborate closely with ML, mobile, and web teams in a multicultural environment.
• Ensure autoscaling, load balancing, and queuing systems operate efficiently at scale.
• Optionally participate in on-call rotations to maintain system reliability.

Requirements

• Experience with load balancing, autoscaling, and queuing systems at scale.
• Proven ability to build reliable, redundant backend systems with low-latency real-time processing.
• Experience deploying and managing containerized workloads with high QPS.
• Strong ownership mindset and pragmatic approach favoring fast iteration.
• Fluent English required; French is not mandatory.
• Must be located in Europe or willing to relocate to France with visa sponsorship.

• Experience with machine learning workloads and GPU infrastructure.
