• Contribute 20% time to hands-on development to drive project success.

Requirements

• Must be based in California, United States.
• 7+ years in software engineering and 2+ years as an engineering manager.
• Proven technical leadership and experience collaborating with Product and UX teams.
• Experience improving engineering processes and managing team performance.
• Familiarity with coding assistant LLMs such as CoPilot or Cursor and integrating LLMs for data extraction and summarization.
