What you will do

• Establish and monitor methodologies to quantify harmful content on the platform.
• Develop ground truth datasets for harmful user-generated content.
• Conduct exploratory analysis on emerging threats and provide data-backed recommendations.
• Design and analyze experiments for moderation features.
• Measure the effectiveness of safety initiatives using causal inference.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to leadership and partners.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or machine learning.
• 7+ years of experience with Python, R, SQL, and big data tools.
• Knowledge of machine learning and deep learning.
• Experience with large-scale safety or moderation systems.
• Advanced degree or PhD in a quantitative field.
