What you will do

• Improve clarity, consistency, and effectiveness of in-product copy, interface labels, error messages, and navigation.
• Lead content research projects to identify user pain points and inform product enhancements.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and product managers to ensure intuitive and accurate user experiences.
• Align in-product language with overall product voice and content style guides.
• Manage multiple content projects independently, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in Austin, United States
• Currently pursuing a degree in UX, Technical Communication, Journalism, English, Design, Engineering, Marketing, or related field with strong writing emphasis.
• Portfolio demonstrating clear, user-focused content creation experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to simplify complex topics.
• Strong organization, collaboration skills, and proactive attitude to lead projects.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with marketing concepts and brand messaging in product interfaces.
• Experience with user research methodologies or basic data analysis/data science skills.
• Interest in AI tools and prompt engineering for content drafting or testing.
• Basic understanding of code, web development, or developer platforms.
