What you will do

• Create and edit product and developer documentation following company guidelines.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer-facing teams to document new features for technical and non-technical users.
• Manage multiple projects independently.
• Own and help manage all product and support content.

Requirements

• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with writing samples required.
• Interest in technical writing and technical subject matter.
• Pursuing a degree in English, Technical Communication, or related field with writing emphasis.
• Ability to conduct research and ask detailed questions.

Nice to have

• Experience writing for technical or general audiences.
• Familiarity with multimedia, graphic design, databases, HTML, Markdown, CSS, JSON.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, Python, Git, Mercurial, or other programming languages.
