What you will do

• Design and implement scalable backend features for the agentic chat loop in the North AI platform.
• Own features end-to-end from design through delivery and maintenance.
• Make practical technical decisions balancing speed and quality.
• Collaborate closely with researchers, engineers, and product teams.

Requirements

• Must be located in Europe or able to work remotely from Europe.
• Experience building and maintaining production systems around large language models (LLMs).
• Strong coding skills and ability to work across the stack.
• Customer-focused and product-minded approach to software development.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.
