What you will do

• Facilitate collaboration between developers, technical leadership, and the product owner.
• Support the Product Owner in maintaining a clear, realistic roadmap aligned with company objectives.
• Drive integration across departments to deliver a fair playing field for players.
• Act as the main point of contact for coordination between the anti-cheat team and production teams.
• Develop and execute a long-term hiring strategy to support team growth.
• Provide regular status updates and risk assessments to senior management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in leading technical teams within gaming, cybersecurity, or software development.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, ideally with knowledge of online game environments.
• Exceptional people leadership, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
• Experience working in agile environments and partnering with product owners and tech leads.
• Fluency in English.
