What you will do

• Lead the strategy and execution of multi-product, segment-based customer lifecycle marketing plans.
• Build and automate lifecycle campaigns using Braze to deliver scalable, personalized experiences.
• Partner with analytics, engineering, and BI teams to ensure data quality and campaign accuracy.
• Execute multi-channel campaigns aligned with business goals and time-sensitive promotions.
• Monitor and report on KPIs; proactively adjust tactics to meet performance targets.
• Manage campaign calendars, promotional timelines, and content workflows to ensure flawless execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of CRM/lifecycle marketing experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience using Braze or Amplitude.
• Strong understanding of customer engagement across various channels.
• Analytical mindset with excellent project management skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
