What you will do
- Execute and optimize social campaigns across platforms focusing on media or performance KPIs.
- Develop and implement effective paid social advertising strategies, targeting, and creatives.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and identify optimization opportunities.
- Prepare reports and build dashboards for real-time campaign visibility.
- Mentor junior and middle specialists, sharing best practices in paid social advertising.
- Collaborate closely with the English-speaking Client Service team to meet client needs.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience running and optimizing paid social campaigns.
- Experience with major social advertising platforms including Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make optimization decisions.
- Understanding of audience targeting, creative best practices, and bidding strategies.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Applicants must be located in or from LATAM or selected EMEA countries.
