What you will do
- Conduct product and operational research, uncover insights, and propose growth opportunities.
- Analyze marketplace performance metrics, including pricing efficiency and order distribution logic.
- Perform operational analytics to improve partners’ efficiency.
- Investigate anomalies in key metrics and propose solutions.
- Build dashboards and self-service analytical tools for internal teams and business partners.
- Present findings to stakeholders and translate insights into clear recommendations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product or data analytics.
- Experience running A/B tests and practical knowledge of statistics.
- Proficiency in SQL and strong Python skills for data analysis.
- Experience with BI tools like Redash, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
