What you will do

• Drive change of IT Operating Model towards a product-based organization in IT Technology and Operations
• Propose, prioritize, and execute improvements ensuring consistency across services and functions
• Oversee operational governance including KPIs and continuous improvement metrics
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align operational processes with business objectives
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and standards
• Support development and rollout of training materials and measure adoption via LMS
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiency while maintaining quality

Requirements

• Location: Based in or near Avignon, France with hybrid work format
• Master's degree or equivalent higher education
• Minimum 5 years experience in strategy consulting and leadership roles
• Project management skills and ability to coach teams and individuals
• Minimum Yellow Belt certification; Green Belt and ITIL v4 certifications are advantages
• Knowledge of e-learning platforms and Learning Management Systems
