What you will do

• Hire, coach, and mentor software engineers to optimize team performance and morale.
• Drive technical and process improvements in collaboration with product owners and architects.
• Maintain hands-on development responsibilities across the software lifecycle.
• Promote a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
• Implement KPIs and participate in strategic planning and employee reviews.
• Manage recruitment and training processes for the development team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8+ years software development experience with at least 1 year in team leadership.
• Experience with application security and OWASP principles.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft .NET, C#, SQL Server, and related web technologies.
• Ability to understand business processes and design efficient solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
