What you will do

• Develop and implement sophisticated IT automation strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Design, deploy, and optimize advanced AI models for complex business problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation and AI opportunities aligned with goals.
• Ensure seamless integration of AI solutions with existing IT infrastructure focusing on scalability and reliability.
• Maintain and enhance performance of automation tools and AI systems including monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Lead and mentor teams across various Enterprise IT technologies to ensure effective collaboration and project execution.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in Bangalore, India
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or AI.
• Minimum 10+ years in IT Engineering with 3+ years managing IT Operations and Support.
• 7+ years experience in IT automation and AI implementation.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and AI tools like Open AI, Microsoft Copilot.
• Expertise in Microsoft productivity tools, Azure, AWS, Google Workspace, and network devices.

Nice to have
