What you will do

• Implement, improve, and extend multi-agent reinforcement learning algorithms.
• Collaborate across teams to advance robotics AI capabilities.
• Design, train, and deploy AI agents for robotic systems in complex environments.

Requirements

• MSc in machine learning with specialization in robotics, reinforcement learning, or control
• Strong communication skills for clear reporting and presentation of research.
• Passion for current research and ability to reimplement and extend state-of-the-art deep learning approaches.
• Solid software engineering skills in Python and/or Rust, Java, C++ with experience in AI software deployment, testing, QA, and monitoring.
• Ability to work remotely with relocation support in Europe

Nice to have

• PhD in robotics, reinforcement learning, or related fields with publications in top-tier conferences.
• Experience deploying RL models on real-world robotics platforms.
• Experience in design, physical modeling, and control of complex robotic systems.
• Experience in AI software production deployment including testing and monitoring.
