What you will do

• Implement and extend state-of-the-art multi-agent reinforcement learning techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML/AI into production systems.
• Design, train, and deploy AI agents in complex environments.
• Report and present research findings clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
• Keep up-to-date with current research and reimplement state-of-the-art approaches.

Requirements

• MSc in machine learning with a focus on reinforcement learning or related fields.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting and presenting findings.
• Solid software engineering skills in Python, Rust, Java, or modern C++.
• Experience deploying AI software to production, including testing and QA.

Nice to have

• PhD in reinforcement learning or related fields with publications in top-tier journals.
• Experience with large-scale RL training and multi-agent controllers.
