What you will do

  • Host remote kick-off meetings with clients to determine business objectives.
  • Create configuration notes documentation and review with experienced personnel.
  • Complete setup of client software and verify questions with experienced personnel.
  • Work with the Analyst team to learn system configuration.
  • Configure and test interfaces for integration with existing systems.
  • Provide training on hirify.global Business Performance Solution’s software.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Management Information Systems or related field.
  • Preferred experience in system integration, HR, or Accounting.
  • Solid interpersonal skills for customer interaction.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
  • SQL or FoxPro database experience.
