Location: Hybrid (minimum 4 days in office weekly)

Starting Salary Range: $210,000 - $260,000

What you will do

• Define and own the architectural vision and implementation strategy for full-stack systems.
• Act as a player-coach for a growing team, providing mentorship and guidance.
• Contribute directly to the codebase focusing on maintainability and performance.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate goals into technical deliverables.
• Drive initiatives that improve developer velocity and operational efficiency.
• Champion best practices in code quality, security, and performance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional full stack development experience.
• At least 2 years in a technical leadership or mentorship role.
• Expertise with modern web technologies: React, Node.js, Next.js.
• Strong backend development experience with Go, Python, or similar languages.
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong communication skills for guiding technical discussions.
