What you will do
- Drive execution independently on high-visibility data projects.
- Own the architecture for critical data assets and ensure scalability and reliability.
- Design and optimize large-scale data pipelines for performance and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities and manage dependencies.
- Mentor other engineers and raise the technical bar.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software, data, or backend engineering.
- Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed systems.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and programming experience in Python.
- Hands-on experience with cloud environments and modern engineering workflows.
- Ability to drive complex technical initiatives independently.
