Engineering Manager (Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Lead engineering teams to build and operate reliable, large-scale infrastructure and platform systems.
• Build multi-region, multi-cloud compute platforms using Kubernetes and ECS.
• Simplify and consolidate Terraform and deployment systems to improve reliability.
• Design staged rollout and rollback pipelines for safer production releases.
• Improve observability across metrics, logging, and alerting for better incident response.
• Drive cost optimization efforts across compute, storage, and monitoring systems.

Requirements

• Must be onsite in San Francisco or New York.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams building large-scale infrastructure.
• Deep knowledge of AWS, Azure, Terraform, and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of databases, caching, and schema design tradeoffs.
• Focus on reliability, performance, and developer velocity.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.
