What you will do

• Define vision, roadmap, and success metrics for local payments product across supported regions.
• Lead a cross-functional squad through full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Drive API integrations with local payment schemes and collaborate on backend orchestration and frontend UX.
• Manage partnerships and vendor relationships including contracts and SLAs.
• Coordinate compliance, risk, and operations for unified KYC/KYB and fraud monitoring.
• Collaborate cross-product to ensure interoperability and influence company-wide payment strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product management in fintech, payments, or banking infrastructure.
• Experience with local payment rails integration (ACH, SEPA, PIX, UPI, etc.).
• Proven leadership in cross-functional or squad-based environments.
• Strong technical understanding of payment systems and APIs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Global-first mindset with ability to work across time zones and cultures.
