What you will do
- Collaborate with game teams to design integrated marketing concepts and in-game activations aligned with player journeys.
- Develop, test, and iterate email marketing campaigns focusing on segmentation and impact tracking.
- Coordinate production of creative assets across multiple channels including in-game, email, and website.
- Partner with analytics teams to define KPIs and evaluate impact on engagement, conversion, and retention.
- Build and maintain marketing measurement frameworks, dashboards, and post-campaign reports.
- Gather insights from player feedback and competitor benchmarking to inform marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Location: Must be able to work hybrid in Espoo, Finland
- Experience in product marketing, CRM, or growth marketing, preferably in games or digital products.
- Strong understanding of segmentation, positioning, and lifecycle marketing principles.
- Ability to plan, execute, and measure multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Comfortable working with data, metrics, and marketing tools such as CRM and analytics platforms.
- English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
Nice to have
- Experience in gaming, mobile, or ecommerce industries.
- Familiarity with player engagement and retention strategies.
- Experience with campaign tracking, A/B testing, and reporting workflows.
