What you will do

• Develop high-quality visual assets and UI components aligned with design guidelines and brand identity
• Create and maintain design documentation, style guides, and component libraries
• Design new concepts, pages, and components for company and product websites
• Co-create product design across all media types and channels
• Design visually appealing and intuitive UI/UX for own products and customer projects
• Collaborate with co-founders, engineers, marketers, and writers to ensure accurate design implementation

Requirements

• Location: Frankfurt, Germany
• Graduate or postgraduate degree in graphic, communication, or interaction design or similar
• 2+ years of relevant design experience, preferably in agencies, design-oriented companies, or startups
• Proficient in wireframing and design tools such as Figma and Adobe CC
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web frameworks to improve collaboration
• Strong analytical skills with attention to aesthetics, usability, and typography
