👤 Who we're looking for:
— 7–8+ years of software development experience, T-shaped expertise
— 2+ years as an Engineering Manager / Head of Engineering (experience with distributed teams is required for one of the roles)
— Strong understanding of architecture, system design, and engineering practices
— Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
— Proven experience in growing engineers through mentoring, feedback, and development plans
— Strong organizational skills and ability to solve complex technical and operational challenges
📌 What you’ll be doing:
People Management:
— Leading and developing 2–3 micro-teams
— Running 1:1s, providing feedback, onboarding, and growth planning
— Fostering a culture of ownership, autonomy, and collaboration
Delivery:
— Contributing to planning, estimation, and risk management
— Helping teams choose scalable and technically sound solutions
— Removing blockers and coordinating technical initiatives across teams
Processes:
— Improving engineering practices
— Ensuring teams follow agreed processes and changes
— Participating in architecture discussions (without routine coding tasks)
