What you will do

• Lead AI projects from concept to deployment, prototyping and validating ML and GenAI solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and research teams to co-develop solutions.
• Act as an internal AI consultant advising on ML/AI best practices and generative technologies.
• Design experiments and evaluation pipelines for model reliability and business impact.
• Package research insights into usable APIs, tools, or workflows for teams.
• Explore new AI techniques like LLMs, embeddings, and agentic workflows to improve developer and security experiences.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in Hyderabad, India
• 6+ years experience in applied data science, machine learning, or AI research.
• Strong Python skills and experience with ML/AI platforms such as Databricks, OpenAI API, and Scikit-learn.
• Experience with large, unstructured datasets and LLMs/GenAI ecosystems including prompt engineering and model evaluation.
• Proven ability to take ML/GenAI systems from prototype to production.
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools like Copilot and Claude Code.
• Familiarity with agentic workflows and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Exposure to cybersecurity, anomaly detection, or code analysis.
• Understanding of MLOps practices including MLflow and AWS SageMaker.
