What you will do

• Innovate in state-of-the-art LLM technologies for various Amazon applications.
• Integrate structured and unstructured information into AI systems, utilizing techniques such as RAG.
• Apply research results immediately to highly visible Amazon products.
• Drive ambitious research agendas all the way to production.
• Work with science, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to maximize team contributions.

Requirements

• PhD, or Master's degree and 3+ years of CS, CE, ML or related field experience.
• Experience programming in Java, C++, Python, or related language.
• 1+ years of experience building models for business applications.
• Experience with natural language processing and/or processing of multi-modal data.
• Work authorization for the USA.

Nice to have

• PhD.
• Experience using Unix/Linux.
• Experience developing, implementing, and evaluating deep learning algorithms and LLMs.
