Salary: $139,000–$242,000

What you will do

• Design and implement scalable solutions for multi-site deployment and management of global server hardware fleet.
• Build and maintain backend services and APIs in Go or Python interacting with Kubernetes and infrastructure systems.
• Develop provisioning services, automation workflows, and Kubernetes custom controllers/operators.
• Design observability solutions for large-scale server monitoring to improve system stability and insights.
• Create test plans, deployment automation, dashboards, and alerts for fleet operations.
• Resolve integration challenges across infrastructure stack and participate in on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. person or eligible to access export controlled information per U.S. Government regulations
• 5+ years of software or infrastructure engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Go and/or Python development.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Argo, Flux, GitHub Actions.
• Strong understanding of Linux internals.
• Experience with Kubernetes operators and infrastructure automation tools preferred.

• Experience with distributed cloud computing principles, observability, and fault-tolerant design.
