What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain internal developer platforms for local development and automated testing.
• Develop and integrate AI-powered tools to enhance developer workflows.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams for smooth CI/CD and compliance.
• Own the lifecycle of environment tooling from onboarding to production.
• Monitor usage and continuously improve the developer experience.
• Advocate for best practices in internal tooling and performance.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in software or infrastructure engineering.
• Experience with production services and using Go as a primary language.
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD systems, and containerization.
• Experience building scalable development/test environments.
• Interest in AI/ML-powered developer tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLMs or code intelligence tools.
• Familiarity with KubeVirt or KataContainers.
