What you will do

• Ensure fast and reliable launch of new AI models and features to customers.
• Design and develop systems, APIs, and interfaces to interact with large language models.
• Build and improve infrastructure for packaging, deploying, and integrating core AI technology.
• Address AI safety challenges on third-party platforms.
• Collaborate on observability and monitoring to maintain high service availability and performance.
• Advocate and implement secure coding practices and architecture reviews.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Paris and work on-site at least 3 days per week.
• Master’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
• Proven experience in backend or fullstack software engineering with a security focus.
• Strong Python development skills and experience maintaining secure systems.
• Ability to review code and system architectures with a security-first mindset.
• Autonomous, proactive problem-solver with continuous improvement mindset.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with secure software development standards (e.g., OWASP, ISO 27001).
• Experience with vulnerability scanning tools and secure development lifecycle practices.
