What you will do

• Execute enterprise-level customer projects using Tulip's no-code platform.
• Collaborate closely with customers and partners to develop and implement solutions.
• Provide ongoing technical support and maintain customer relationships.
• Contribute to internal process building and improvement.
• Work with engineering and product teams to provide customer insights and feedback.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to live and work in Europe without company sponsorship.
• 1-2+ years of experience; background in solution or pre-sales engineering, manufacturing, or process engineering is a plus.
• BS degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Management, Computer Science, or related field.
• Basic coding skills and familiarity with REST API.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
