What you will do

• Lead technical design, architecture, and decision-making for projects.
• Mentor team members and promote best practices in design, coding, testing, and automation.
• Ensure quality standards for user experience, scalability, resiliency, and reliability.
• Collaborate with engineering, program managers, and product teams on planning and roadmap.
• Engage in customer interactions, write white-papers, blogs, and represent the company externally.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work with onsite presence expected in Bangalore or other specified locations
• 10-14 years experience in QA and technical leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of OS internals, distributed data management, and web scale systems.
• Proficiency in Python, Linux, and QA tools such as Selenium.
• Experience with storage, networking, virtualization (hirify.global, VMWare, KVM), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
