What you will do

• Design and develop testing frameworks and automation tools for product quality assurance
• Create and maintain test cases and test beds to support quality metrics and status reporting
• Participate actively in coding and code reviews to improve automation and delivery systems
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure quality-first mindset and known-quality releases
• Automate complex tests simulating customer environments and workloads for performance and scalability validation

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work with onsite presence expected minimum 3 days per week in specified locations including Bangalore
• 4+ to 7 years of experience in QA automation and software testing
• Proficiency in Python and Java programming languages
• Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, JMeter, and Jenkins
• Strong Linux systems knowledge including process, memory, and IO management
• Good problem-solving skills with knowledge of algorithms and data structures
