What you will do

• Analyze the application security market, customer needs, and emerging threats to shape product strategy.
• Create product and feature plans addressing AppSec market demands.
• Collaborate with R&D teams using Agile/Scrum to deliver AppSec products.
• Work with marketing and sales to communicate customer value effectively.
• Engage with customers and prospects to gather feedback and insights.
• Produce roadmaps and thought-leadership content on AppSec topics.

Requirements

• Must be located in Lithuania or work remotely from Lithuania.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of experience in product management, software development, or technical product support.
• Interest in AI, application security, cryptography, or cybersecurity.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to lead product teams.
