What you will do

• Design and own comprehensive evaluations measuring accuracy, bias, safety, and style for AI releases.
• Tune RAG pipelines, prompt chains, conversation loops, and model selections to meet quality standards.
• Build reusable data and evaluation pipelines, semantic layers, and monitoring dashboards for product teams.
• Optimize cost and latency by benchmarking models and balancing performance with spend.
• Implement data governance and lineage to meet enterprise compliance and support AI bias audits.
• Document best practices and share knowledge to elevate AI development standards.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the USA for remote work
• 5+ years in Data Science or ML engineering with focus on ML/NLP systems.
• 1+ year experience with Gen-AI or LLM systems.
• Strong Python and SQL skills.
• Experience creating automated evaluation suites for LLM outputs and iterative improvements.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG techniques, vector search, embeddings, fine-tuning, and multi-provider model selection.
