Salary: CAD 211,000–240,000 base

What you will do

• Own technical design and project execution, delegating to engineers as appropriate
• Mentor engineers to promote technical excellence and collaboration
• Contribute hands-on to core product development overcoming complex technical challenges
• Partner with Product Management, Design, and Engineering Management on strategy and project planning
• Collaborate with other technical leads to coordinate technical strategy across teams

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work hybrid in Vancouver office
• 5+ years experience in large codebases
• 1+ years experience as tech lead or leading complex projects end-to-end
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Commitment to fostering inclusive, collaborative team culture
• Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies
