What you will do

• Lead and execute product design vision and quality across multiple product areas.
• Coach and elevate the Product Design team by example with high visual and interaction standards.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to align strategy and delivery.
• Drive product discovery, delivery, and validation ensuring measurable business impact.
• Translate complex financial concepts into clear, user-friendly experiences.
• Own and scale design systems ensuring accessibility, consistency, and efficiency.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite at HQ, Stockholm, Sweden
• English: Proficient (B2 or higher)
• Deep experience leading product design in fast-paced environments, fintech experience is a plus.
• Strong UX and visual design skills with native mobile design expertise.
• Experience working within regulatory and compliance constraints (e.g., KYC/AML).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and link design to business goals.
