• Build FP&A into an AI-augmented engine with automated forecasting and real-time reporting.
• Advise the CFO and leadership team with data-backed insights.
• Define and implement a company-wide KPI framework.
• Coach junior team members in an AI-native way of working.
• Shape the future Strategic Finance organization as the company scales globally.

Requirements

• 5–10 years in investment banking, FP&A, corporate finance, or high-growth tech.
• Exceptional modelling and analytical ability.
• Strong AI fluency, including LLMs and automation tools.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams with data.
• Comfortable in high-velocity, high-ambiguity environments.
