TL;DR
QA/UAT Specialist (Fintech): Testing new and existing features for an international financial application with an accent on UI/UX validation and user-centric test scenarios. Focus on ensuring system reliability, managing the defect lifecycle, and supporting Agile collaboration between cross-functional teams.
Location: Must be based in or near Vilnius, Lithuania (Hybrid: 3 days/week from the office).
Salary: €3,500–€4,200 gross (for employees in Lithuania).

What you will do
- Test application features from an end-to-end user perspective to ensure intuitive journeys.
- Write and execute test cases based on business requirements and user stories.
- Perform UI/UX validation to ensure a seamless and friendly interface.
- Manage the full defect lifecycle, including reporting, retesting, and verification.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and support collaborative development cycles.
- Assist in the preparation of test plans, including scope and prioritization.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience with UI/UX testing.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodology and defect management workflows.
- Proficiency in using JIRA for tracking stories, epics, and test execution.
- Strong communication skills for documenting issues and collaborating with diverse teams.
- Ability to write clear and actionable test cases based on acceptance criteria.
- Must be located in Vilnius or willing to commute for a 3-day hybrid schedule.
Nice to have
- Experience with financial or transactional software systems.
- Understanding of the specific distinction between QA and UAT.
