A fast-growing music data platform (Spotify/Apple Music integrations) with 20M+ monthly active users is looking for a backend engineer to work on large-scale data pipelines, distributed systems, and high-load services
English is required — it’s the primary language inside the team.

Stack: Node.js (TS), PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch (large cluster), Redis, RabbitMQ, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions

What you’ll do:
• Build and maintain backend services in Node.js + TypeScript
• Optimize PostgreSQL queries and improve Elasticsearch performance
• Work on large-scale data ingestion & synchronization flows
• Integrate with Spotify/Apple Music APIs
• Improve architecture, scalability, reliability, observability
• Work with queues, caching, background jobs
• Participate in code reviews & technical discussions

Requirements:
• 4+ years in backend development
• Strong Node.js + TypeScript
• Deep PostgreSQL experience (query tuning, execution plans)
• Solid Elasticsearch knowledge
• Experience with RabbitMQ/Kafka/Redis Streams
• Understanding of Kubernetes & distributed systems
• Ability to debug complex production issues
• Fluent English

Nice to have: Go, experience with highload systems, CI/CD
