About the Role:
We at Elinext are looking for a skilled RPA Consultant / AI Developer with hands-on UiPath experience to join our team. You'll work on a Fintech product for a client from Italy, a solution for credit and debt management.
The main task: review the existing UiPath-based automation, identify bottlenecks, suggest architectural improvements, and either optimize or rebuild parts of the flow. You may create a PoC or fix the current version — depending on findings and priorities.
What You’ll Do:
Analyze existing UiPath workflows for automation quality and performance
Identify issues, limitations, or scaling bottlenecks
Propose architecture or flow improvements (or full redesign if needed)
Create PoC or functional prototypes for validation
Cooperate with internal .NET developers for integration or handover
Participate in defining the scope for implementation phase
Requirements:
1+ years of real UiPath development experience (Studio, Orchestrator, Document Understanding, APIs)
Deep understanding of RPA design principles and architecture
Background in .NET/C# development is a strong advantage
Ability to approach the work from a consulting and technical analysis perspective
English - strong written and spoken communication
