What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data platforms.
• Collect, process, and analyze large and complex data sets from various sources.
• Develop and implement data processing workflows using frameworks like Spark and Apache Beam.

• Ensure data security and privacy through access controls and encryption.

Requirements

• Location: Lisbon or Oporto, Portugal
• Experience with cloud platforms and services for data engineering, especially Azure.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of big data tools like Spark, Flink, Kafka, Hadoop, and related technologies.
• Familiarity with data integration and ETL tools and distributed systems architectures.
