What you will do
- Lead a team responsible for Workday and HR tools in Total Rewards and other HR functional areas.
- Architect technology solutions aligning business needs with strategic goals and industry best practices.
- Maintain platform health, troubleshoot escalated issues, and drive continuous improvement.
- Create and manage product and release backlogs, prioritizing enhancements with global HR Tech partners.
- Build strong relationships with HR partners and business leaders to align priorities and make trade-off decisions.
- Coordinate testing efforts and contribute to enhancing employee experience with transparency and collaboration.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the United States, specifically Research Triangle Park, NC or remote within the US.
- 5+ years of experience in Workday application development and deployment with required Workday certifications.
- 5+ years leading teams and experience in application architecture, middleware, and data management.
- Minimum 10+ years in enterprise IT or HR technology with at least 2 years in leadership managing Workday implementations.
- Proven track record managing large-scale Workday projects and experience in global, cross-functional teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with Workday Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, and Security modules.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, HR, or related field.
