What you will do
- Perform and oversee advanced data analytics including machine learning to monitor portfolio health and identify fraud prevention opportunities.
- Leverage modeling and partner signals to understand fraud risk drivers and develop loss mitigation solutions.
- Own fraud strategy for account opening and transactions, using proprietary data to detect and reduce fraud losses.
- Collaborate with Business, Product, Technology, Operations, and Compliance teams to implement fraud solutions and monitor lending program health.
- Design strategies for strategic projects and lead end-to-end project delivery.
- Prepare executive presentations and lead strategy and capability planning.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Richardson, TX or Wilmington, DE, United States
- 5+ years (with Master’s) or 7+ years (with Bachelor’s) experience in business analysis and project management in financial services.
- Experience with data trend analysis, forecasting methods, and machine learning techniques such as Gradient Boost and Random Forest.
- Ability to define functional requirements, service level objectives, and quality measurements.
- Experience in process re-engineering and workflow design.
- Familiarity with desktop platforms and system dependencies.
