What you will do

  • Partner with clients and internal teams to develop multi-product Salesforce technology solutions.
  • Analyze complex business problems and recommend innovative, practical solutions.
  • Deliver customized product demonstrations and rapid prototyping to showcase connected experiences.
  • Collaborate with sales and professional services to align solutions with customer objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional solution guides and develop customer experience stories aided by Salesforce technologies.
  • Participate in ongoing product, sales, and procedural training and certifications.

Requirements

  • Location: United States (San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago, Atlanta, New York)
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years professional experience in relevant technical or sales roles.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of relational databases, web technologies, and basic programming (HTML).
  • Ability to travel based on territory alignment and region.

Nice to have

  • Salesforce Certifications.
  • Previous experience as a solution or sales engineer in CRM or similar technology.
