What you will do

• Oversee the overall governance, roadmap management, and continuous improvement of the SAP BTP ecosystem.
• Drive platform adoption and foster innovation across the organization.
• Ensure effective and consistent use of BTP services including Integration and Extension suites.
• Manage platform extensibility and perform hands-on UI development tasks.
• Develop comprehensive technical documentation and create training resources for end users.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and lead change management initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be located in Romania
• Proven experience in SAP BTP platform management and governance.
• Strong understanding of BTP services such as Integration Suite, Extension Suite, and Data & Analytics.
• Hands-on experience in UI development using SAPUI5 or Fiori.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive adoption and lead enablement initiatives.
