Location: Remote
Salary: $150,000.00 to $180,000.00

What you will do
- Lead a team of engineers in creating embedded applications for medical devices.
- Manage day-to-day project execution and software product development.
- Mentor and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Facilitate communication among R&D teams and other departments.
Requirements
- BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
- 5 years of experience as a Senior or Principal software engineer.
- 5 years of experience in a managerial role.
- Experience with medical device software development is preferred.
