Salary: $212,000-$340,000 per year

What you will do

• Evaluate, characterize and tune Single-Photon Avalanche Diode (SPAD) devices
• Perform system-level and sub-component tradeoff analysis
• Analyze system-level issues through collaboration with HW and SW teams
• Define validation procedures for new component and product variants
• Interface and manage technical direction of external vendors for LiDAR components
• Prepare and present technical reports for management

Requirements

• MS in Optics, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Applied Physics (or equivalent experience)
• 4+ years of industry experience in sensor systems
• Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong organizational abilities to drive and manage requirements end to end
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel 15% domestically and internationally
