What you will do

• Prospect and convert leads through data mining, outbound calling, and email campaigns using tools like Groove, Zoom, and Nav.
• Engage customers to understand IT challenges, present product demos, and act as a trusted advisor on endpoint security.
• Build and maintain strong partner relationships and provide sales support including training and pricing assistance.
• Manage sales pipeline and forecasts accurately using Salesforce.com and Clari.
• Support post-sales activities including revenue tracking, onboarding, and upselling.
• Participate in training, knowledge sharing, and mentoring new hires.

Requirements

• Must currently reside in Indiana, Michigan, or Ohio.
• Minimum 5 years technology sales experience, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.com and structured sales methodologies.
• Strong customer and partner engagement skills with excellent communication.
• Ability to learn technical products and maintain professional interactions.
